Welcome to Manatsu no Eve, a Shrine to Mayuka.  I was wanting to make a shrine to someone in Tenchi Muyo but I didn't know who to do it on.  Then once I saw Tenchi the Movie 2 I knew right then who I should do it on, Mayuka!  There's not that many Shrines on her, so I wanted to be different.  Check Whats New to see what I have updated ^_^.
